Refund Terms


  • From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return your item(s). If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • At Alt Trading Post, we apply this time limit to notifying us of your wish to return the item. We will usually allow a further 14 days from notification, to receive your returned items.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be undamaged, unopened, in its original packaging, exactly as received.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received the item and the status of your refund.
  • All refunds are returned to the source that the original payment was made for your purchase.
  • Please be aware that refunds made to Debit/Credit cards are facilitated by your card issuer and can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

Returns Policy

  • You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received. 

*Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it. 

  • We may request proof of condition prior to return, to allow for carrier damage in transit.
  • It is recommended that a tracked service is used when returning items. Alt Trading Post Limited can not be held liable for any loss or damage in transit. Any damages/losses that occur when returning an item are your responsibility, as the sender, to claim back from your chosen courier/postal service.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods


  • We will never knowingly send a faulty or damaged product without your written consent.
  • We may occasionally receive stock which has been damaged in transit. In such cases, we will always make the condition known and await your response, prior to sending.
  • Your consent to receive an item damaged in transit, does not affect your statutory right to return within 14 days, as described above.
  • If we have not obtained consent and you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.
  • Note for damaged cards inside sealed packed products, like Booster packs:

> We do not assume responsibility in the event that a particular card inside a pack is damaged. We will only be able to replace the booster pack (the product purchased) as being faulty and not the individual cards inside.

> In the rare event this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no duty to do so. You may choose to pursue this yourself or request our assistance with making initial contact.

> Otherwise, you may return the full contents of the original pack to the return address, as described in our Returns Policy, for a replacement.
