Postage & Shipping

Alt Trading Post only sells and ships within the UK. International orders and shipping not available.

We will aim to ship all items within 3 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise notified.

Store purchases below £50:

Will be sent free of charge, by Royal Mail 1st Class (usually arrives in 1 - 2 business days).

Store purchases over £50:

Will be sent free of charge, by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (usually arrives in 1 - 2 business days).

Tracked delivery options are available upon request, but you will incur further charges (usually up to £1 per item):

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually arrives in 2 - 3 business days)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature (usually arrives in 2 - 3 business days, requires signature)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (usually arrives the next business day)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature (usually arrives the next business day, requires signature)

Tracking information will only be supplied at the request of the customer, not automatically.

Fair Postage Guarantee

Alt Trading Post will never overcharge for postage. If you request any Royal Mail Tracked postage, you will only be charged for the amount exceeding our standard shipping methods.
